ich habe Windows 7 64 Bit. Mein Problem ist, dass ich das SampleTank 2 Vst Plugin in Nuendo 4 einbinden möchte.
Ich habe dies bereits unter Windows xp 32 Bit versucht… dort funktioniert es.
Doch das möchte ich nicht.
Dies soll unter Windows 7 64 Bit funktionieren.
In Nuendo wird SampleTank über Geräte/VST Instrumente eingebunden, nur leider kann ich dort SampleTank nicht finden, obwohl im Ordner „C:\Program Files (x86)\Steinberg\VstPlugIns“ die 2 Dateien von SampleTank „SampleTank2.x.dll“ und „SampleTank2.x.ini“ vorzufinden sind.
Dieses VstPlugIn von SampleTank scheint unter 64 Bit Systemen nicht zu funktionieren. (es muss ein weiteres für 64 Bit Systeme geben)
Ich bedanke mich schonmal im Voraus für eure Bemühungen.
mal abgesehen von keine Ahnung zu Steinberg und VST-Plugins, was spricht gegen folgenden Text aus der FAQ von IK-Multimedia (SampleTank2):
I bought a computer that has Vista/Windows 7 installed on it. What do I have to do to use SampleTank 2?
Go to the User Area and download the latest SampleTank 2 update. If this is your first IK product, please go to the Product Registration page and register it. After you receive your IK account information by e-mail, go to the User Area and click Downloads. Then, download the SampleTank 2.5.3 update.
Install SampleTank 2 under an Administrator account.
To check your account type, go to StartSettingsControl PanelUser Accounts and Family SafetyUser Account. Check the information located to the icon’s right side, below the account name (e.g. IK HP PC). The account type is specified: Administrator.
If you are using another account type, please create a new Administrator account and install the SampleTank 2.5 update.
If the following User Account Control message appears after clicking on the SampleTank 2.5 installer: „An unidentified program wants access to your computer“ please click Allow.
In the last SampleTank 2.5 installation window, click the Finish button.
To open the program, go to StartPrograms and click the SampleTank 2.5 icon.
ich benutze Win 98 auf einem alten AT-Board mit 500MHZ und kann Ihnen somit leider nicht weiterhelfen.
Sollte ich jemals ein neues System kaufen, müßte ich auf Linux umsatteln. Da ich aber von Haus aus faul bin, kann es gut sein, daß ich das vorhandene System einmal vererbe…
Keinesfalls wird der Microsoft-Konzern von mir auch nur noch 1 Cent sehen!
leider kenne ich weder Windows 7 noch Nuendo, insofern kann ich höchstens spekulieren. Ab Vista akzeptieren die 64 Bit Systeme nur noch signierte Treiber. Und für ein 64 Bit System braucht man natürlich auch 64 Bit Gerätetreiber.
