Also nur um sicher zu gehen. Die Hardwareerkennung findet man folgendermaßen: Windows- plus Pause-Taste -> (Karteireiter) Hardware -> Hardware-Assistent. Ich hoffe das Stimmt so. Also ich hab mich da durchgeklickt und hab auch mal den Ort der Dateien ausgewählt. Ich bin mir aber nicht sicher ob ich das richtig gemacht habe. Auf jeden Fall habe ich dann das mit dem Rechtsklick auf die NVRAID.INF probiert. Lieder funktioniert es immer noch nicht. 
Und was sollte ich jetzt noch mal mit der Hardwareerkennung machen?
Ich bin auf die OEM-Datei gegangen und habe dort folgendes gefunden:
