Eine wörtliche Übersetzung gibt es meines Wissens nicht. Bisher begegnete mir nur ‚Statement of Authorship‘ bzw. stinkeinfach ‚Declaration‘ (da Du diese Erklärung in Deiner Diplomarbeit parkst, ist doch klar, worauf sie sich bezieht, gell?).
