Synchonisation priv. Adressen Palm 505u.Outlook 97

Ich habe das Problem, daß Synchonisieren der Outlook97 Daten mir dem Palm nur die Geschäftsadress, nicht aber die Privatadressen Synchonisiert werden.
Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich hier die Einstellungen richtig setze?

Outlook Sync mit mehreren Adressen pro Contact
Hallo,

Leider schreibst Du nicht, mit welcher Software Du den Outlook-Sync durchführst. Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass Du mit PocketMirror arbeitest, welches bei vielen Palms im Lieferumfang enthalten ist. Das Synchronisieren mehrere Adressen pro Kontakt geht erst ab v 3.0 von Pocket Mirror.

How to synchronize more than one address per contact to the handheld device

With PocketMirror™ 3.0 Professional you can now choose a primary address globally for your Contacts, which will allow you to custom map a two-way synchronization to your handheld device (i.e. Business Address is primary with Home Address as your custom mapped field).

To access this feature:

  1. Go to „PocketMirror Settings“ by clicking “Start/Programs/PocketMirror/PocketMirror Settings.”
  2. From the „Chapura Settings“ screen, select the handheld user name you wish to edit, and click on the "Settings” button.
  3. From the „Change Synchronization Preferences“ screen, select the „Outlook Contacts“ application, and click on the „Change“ button.
  4. From the „Preference Settings for Outlook Contacts“ screen, select the „Address“ topic.
  5. From the „Address“ screen, select „Business Address“.
  6. From this same „Address“ screen, click on the „Custom Fields“ topic.
  7. From the „Custom Fields“ screen click on the „Edit custom.txt“ button.
  8. In the „Custom.txt“ file, define the Outlook field in „User1“, „User2“, etc. as specified in PocketMirror Help (i.e. HomeAddress, BusinessAddress, Email2Address). Addresses are predefined within Outlook therefore you will leave the ****First Synchronization options**** to „Overwrite Outlook with handheld data.“
  9. Save your changes in the "Custom.txt file, and exit PocketMirror.
  10. Perform another HotSync® operation.

Bei DesktopToGo (einer anderen Syncsoftware) muss man meines Wissens gar nix einstellen, es werden automatisch mehrere Adressen synchronisiert.
