wie kann ich das Problem beheben?

Also auf meiner Platte sind noch etliche GB frei. Verstehe das Disk quota exceeded nicht.

Hi Ingo,

naja, wenn Du eine IMAP-Konto hast und die Mails auf dem Server lässt, ist Dein Speicherplatz irgendwann voll.

die Größe der Mailbox des Empfängers übersteigt den ihm zugewiesenen Speicherplatz.

Also auf meiner Platte sind noch etliche GB frei. Verstehe das
Disk quota exceeded nicht.

Bist du denn der Empfänger?

Komisch, dass arcor mir das nicht mitteilte. Muss ich mir nochmal genauer ansehen.

auch Dir vielen Dank für Deine Hilfe.

Ich war der Absender. Das Postfach bei arcor war voll. Arcor scheint auch Linux zu nutzen.
Leider hatte ich von Arcor keine Nachricht darüber erhalten, dass es bald voll ist.
Ich habe nun fleißig gelöscht und werde mal abwarten, ob das Problem damit gelöst ist.
