vielleicht probierst du es selber mal so weit du kommst und fragst
dann nach Verbesserungen. Ich meine ich moechte hier nicht den
Moderatoren spielen aber irgendwie fuchst es mich immer ein bisschen
wenn Leute einfach hoffen, dass andere die Arbeit fuer Sie erledigen
und komplette passagen uebersetzt haben wollen.
Will dir ja nichts schlechtes unterstellen aber trotzdem…

die kurzfristige Leistung des zweiten Kanals soll den Wert von 40dB unterhalb der Sendeleistung nicht überschreiten, wobei Werte von unter 2µW (-27 dBm) unkritisch sind.

Für Messungen bei 4 und 10fachem Kanalabstand darf die kurzzeitige Leistung den Wert von 50dB unterhalb der Sendeleistung nicht überschreiten, wobei Werte von unter 250nW (-36 dBm) unkritisch sind.

Werden diese Werte überschritten, muss die Messung in Abschn. 8.5.2 mit einem um 6dB reduzierenden Dämpfungsglied wieerholt werden um festzustellen, ob der vorübergehende Effekt die Fehler verursacht.

es geht hier um eine ETSI-Norm für Funkanlagen(ETSI EN 300 220-1 V2.1.1 (2006-04)).
Die Messung der transienten Leistung in den Nachbarkanalen ist eine relative neue Anforderung.
„transient“ ist ein Begriff in der Elektrotechnik. Bin mir nicht sicher, ob er ohne weiteres durch „kurzfristig“ ersetzbar ist. Darunter ist die Eigenschaft von „sehr-schnell-verändernd“ zu verstehen.
Mit „Alternate channel“ meinte man hier die Nachbarkanäle.
„40 dB below the power of the transmitter“ bedeutet die gemessene Leistung sollte 40dB unter der Sendeleistung des Senders sein, z.B. wenn die gemessene Sendeleistung 10dBm(10mW) beträgt, sollte die transiente Leistung beim Ein- und Ausschalten in den Nachbarkanälen nicht höher als -30dBm(1µW) sein.
„without the need to be below 2 µW (-27,0 dBm)“ da weiss ich momentan auch nicht muss ich gestehen.
