Aber wenn du im Access/Makroeditor F1 drückst und dir bei DAO/ADO die Möglichkeiten für APPEND, ADDnew usw. ansiehst, kannst du dir Beispiele als Anregung nehmen.
hier mal ein Auszug basierend auf der mitgelieferten Demo-Datenbank Nordwind:
