Trendy, clean and modern loft with second floor bedroom with a full-height queen sized air bed for those travelers wishing to live like a local and be steps away from Broadway. Take advantage of the Broadway lotteries where you pay $20 for the best seats in the house. Only those staying nearby can take full advantage of these deals. This apartment is close to the center of the universe - Times Square, and is two blocks away from the A/C/E/12/3//9/N/R/W/Q/7/S subway lines but is a quiet oasis away from the hustle and bustle.

Looking for families looking to rent the entire month of August 2009. If you rent in August, the apartment will be all to yourselves.

Aside from the above paragraph, please be advised that THIS IS A SHARE and you will be staying with my wife and I. I frequently work from home and have lived in NYC for over 20 years, so if you have a need for a NYC guide, this is your best bet! The room you will get on the second floor to the right in the second photo. What you don’t see in the photograph is a wire that runs along the top of the room, and heavy curtains that section off the room from the rest of the apartment. So while you will get your own room, there will be sound leaks.

When in the apartment, you will get free access to wifi and free calls to anywhere in the domestic U.S. and Canada. The eating is great on Ninth Avenue (dubbed International Food Avenue) but if you would like to have breakfast or dinner with us, you are welcome to.

The rate will be $125 per night per first couple and then $100 per person per night for every additional person. The apartment has three queen sized beds and a single bed (perfect for three couples and a single).

an meiner Übersetzung das ich fast kein Schulenglisch hatte und mit den Internet übersetzung kommt nix dabei raus.

Zimmerbeschreibung

Modernes, trendiges und sauberes Loft mit Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk. Das Bett ist eine Art Luxus-Luftmatratze. Nähe zum Broadway, so dass man alle Vorteile ausnutzen kann (z.B. günstiger Zugang zur Ticketlotterie). Nähe Times Square und U-Bahn aber trotzem ruhige Lage.

Gesucht werden bevorzugt Familien, die den ganzen August 2009 bleiben. Im August hat man das ganze Appartment für sich.

Man wohnt dort allerdings sozusagen zur Untermiete, der Vermieter und seine Frau wohnen auch dort. Er arbeitet oft von zuhause aus und lebt seit über 20 Jahren in NYC, kann daher viele Tipps geben. Das vermietete Zimmer ist im 2. Stock rechts auf dem 2. Foto. Es ist mit schweren Vorhängen vom Rest der Wohnung abgetrennt - nicht durch Wände.

Telefonieren innerhalb der USA und Kanada sowie Internet per WLAN stehen zur freien Verfügung. Restaurants sind in der Nähe, aber Frühstück oder Abendessen mit „Familienanschluss“ wäre auch möglich.

Der Preis ist 125$ pro Nacht für 2 Personen und 100$ pro Nacht für jede weitere Person. Das Appartment hat 3 Doppelbetten (1,40m) und ein Einzelbett.
