ich habe von den USA eine Vertrag zum Unterzeichnen gesendet bekommen. Leider ist es mir mit meinen Englishkenntnissen nicht möglich den Vertrag zu übersetzen. Einfach zu viel Fachenglish.
Kann mir jemand dabei helfen??

ASSIGNMENT
Whereas I, XXX, hereinafter called the assignor, a citizen of Germany, have invented a certain improvement for which National Stage application for Letters Patent of the USA was made in the US Patent & Trademark Office under Serial o. XXXX whith date of receipt of 35 USC 371 requirements being July 30, 2001 in international PCT application PCT/XXX/XXX filed Septemper 16, 1999 entiteled DEVICE FOR BENDING METAL SHEETS, and whereas Firma XXX, hereinafter called the assignee , a firm organized under the laws of Germany, haveing an adress, XXX, Germany is desirous of acquiring an interest therein:
now, therefore, in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consideration , the receipt of which is here by acknowledged, by these presents, the assignor, does sell, assign and transfer unto the said assignee the entire right, titel and interest, for the territory of the USA, in and to said invention as discribed in the specification and claims of said applications; said invention, application and Letters Patent, including any continuations, divisions, reexaminations or reissues thereof, to be held and enjoyed by the said assignee for its qwn use and behoof, and for its legal representatives, to the full end of the term for which Letters Patent may be granted, as fully and entirely as the same would have been held by the assignor had this assignment and sale not been made.Further in consideration of the above , the assignor agrees to do whatever is necessary to aid in the securing or preservation of this invention, application, and patent
