Hallo,
irrepressible : to be out of control
ginge in den Kontexten, die mir im Moment einfallen
entrepreneurial : concerning buisness
not really - „concerning business“ is not precise enough
an entrepreneur is somebody who heads a business, has possibly started the business him/herself and runs it with innovative ideas
jurisdiction : the area of power
no - in most contexts this relates to the law (i.e. the area where a law is applicable)
regardless (of) : not caring about
in most contexts, regardless means „anyhow, anyway, however, nonetheless“ — your definition works only in a limited context: regardless of the consequences
signatory : the partners who signs
Just: the one who signs / signed.
consortium : e.g. a workgroup
not quite, it could mean workgroup, but the context is usually in business, so the meaning is closer to a cooperation between different companies
poll : election
Could be. Could also be an „opinion poll“ - if so, it’s not an election.
arguable : not sure
Could be, it could also mean that one can have different opinions about it.
Danke für eure Meinung

Das ist Englisch, nicht Politik.
