Hallo,

der Vater meines Sohnes wird mit diesem im September in die USA reisen. Ich habe das alleinige Sorgerecht, und unser Sohn trägt auch meinen Familiennamen. Damit es nachher bei Flughäfen nicht zu Problemen kommt wollte ich ihm eine Vollmacht ausstellen, die ich ins Englische übersetzt habe. Die deutschen Satzkonstellationen habe ich von einer Mitarbeiterin des Jugendamtes übernommen, damit die Formulierungen korrekt sind. Könnt ihr vllt mal über die Übersetzung drüber gucken?

Und wird der 01.Mai.2010 (01.05.2010) in den USA 05/01/2010 geschrieben? Oder sollte ich dann lieber den Monatsnamen ausschreiben?

Hallo,

ich versuche mich einmal an einem Verbessrungsvorschlag. Da das US-Recht aber mitunter doch recht tricky sein kann, biete ich aber keine Gewähr dafür, dass dies tatsächlich auch den Anforderungen genügt. Wenn also letztlich ein Vertrag dabei rumkommt, nach dem dein Sohnemann gegen eine Waschmaschine eingetauscht wird, dann will ich bitte nicht die Schuld daran haben. :smile:
