WAP54G AP geht nach firmware update nicht mehr

Hallo,

Ich habe schon länger den Linksys WAP54G v.2 WLAN AP. Nun hatte mich ein Freund auf die Idee mit DD-wrt und daraufhin habe ich mal ein bisschen im Internet gestöbert und bin bei Freifunk.net gelandet. dort habe ich mir dann die Neue Firmware geholt und diese per Webinterface installiert. Dann hat der AP rebootet und danach lief alles.

Aber dann habe ich noch ein paar Sachen verändert, zum Beispiel das er die IP vom DHCP Server bekommt und so weiter. Nur als ich dann neu gestartet habe, ging gar nichts mehr. Und nun kommen wir zu meinem Problem:
Die Power und de LINK LED Leuchten, aber die Act nicht. Desweiteren kann ich ihn nicht im WLAN finden und per LAN antwortet er ja auch nicht. Also man kann so keine Verbindung aufbauen.

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir da weiter helfen.

Und stammt der DHCP-Server aus einer windows server edition ?

Nein er fragt kein DHCP an. Der Dhcp Server ist ein Linux Server. Das Hauptproblem ist ja, dass ich keine IP Adresse habe, sonndern nur eine MAC. Und deshalb keine verbindung mit tftp herstellen kann.

Ja, das mit tftp geht nicht! Das Hauptproblem ist ja das der AP ja gar keine IP bekommt. Habe mich jetzt mal über die Serielle schnitstelle infomiert. Weiss aber noch nicht mit welchen Programm ich die Firmware über die serielle übertragen kann. Gelötet habe ich jetzt schon die Serielle Verbindung mit nen MAX 232. Torben

Naja, wenn „wait_on_boot“ gesetzt ist, konfiguriert der Bootloader(!) eine IP, über die die Kiste per TFTP updatebar ist, erst nach einer Wartezeit startet das eigentliche System, das sich dann in Deinem Falle per DHCP konfiguriert (oder eben auch gerade nicht).

Wenn das abgestellt ist, ist Löten angesagt. Wie gesagt, da kann ich nicht zerstörungsfrei bei helfen.

So ich bin jetzt ein bischen weiter:
Habe den AP per seriller Schnittstelle an den PC angeschlossen! Nun sagt dieser per hyperterminal nur dies und hängt sich dann auf:
