Hallo stenbock41, das ist ganz unterschiedlich: Kleine Fa große Firma, Behörde? google mal meinen Namen und ruf mich tagsüber in Köln an, es gibt sicher wen der Dir in Deiner Stadt weiterhelfen kann. Alles zum Archiv ist entweder ein Lehrberuf und /oder ein Studium… LAss uns mal darüber sprechen, sonst schreiben wir uns hier wund…

Tja, das ist eine sehr allgemein formulierte Anfrage. Ich nehme an, dass es sich um eine strukturierte Ablage von Unterlagen bei deinem Arbeitgeber handelt. Ich brauche für einige Tipps Informationen, worum es geht.

I try to answer in English:
Archive: main-classification is determined by your master (boss).
Sub-classification dependent of your own preferences.
Is it concerning a digitallly registration of…
a) papers?
b) objects?
c) digital files (bestanden (like doc, jpg))?
a) scan or photograph (eventuelly OCR=translation to codes for letters, figures, etc, in stead of a picture of a text)(OCR gives if it works, a much smaller file (bestand)
b) make a photograph
abc) in case of doubt bring scans, photo’s, docs in more than 1 file(map)
Not more than 100 files(bestanden)in a file(map)
If necessary make subfiles (submappen) in between
***if your archive isn’t digital, all the same and make copies in case of doubt "which file (map)
I have 94Gbyte in 66570 „bestanden“ in 4440 (sub)-„maps“ 3…8 layers deep and can find any (mostly).Friendly regards of Cor Bakker (the Netherlands).
