Wieviel verdient einen „Project Manager“ oder „Program Manager“ bei E.ON in NRW?
Das hängt sehr stark davon ab, um was es geht.
Ein „Dreipersonenprojekt“ wird dem Unternehmen mit Sicherheit weniger wert sein als ein internationales strategisches Projekt, bei dem es um Zigmilliarden geht.
Wenn man grobe Infos über Dinge wie:
- Projektart
- Projektgröße
- Projektdauer
- Projektumfang
- Budget
… etc hätte, müßte man nicht ganz so ins Blaue schießen.
Als Beispiel:
„Projekt 21914 (IT Development)“: Das GUI Feld „PLZ“ soll rot hinterlegt werden, wenn kein Eintrag erfolgt ist.
Program „Better Future“: Durch Prozessoptimierung soll Geld gespart werden. Einsparungen von €5 Milliarden in 4 Jahren sind das Maß für den Erfolg des Programms.
Was meinst Du, wie weit das Gehalt der beiden Verantwortlichen auseinander geht?

Program Manager - Smart Metering
Responsibilities
Strategic direction for Smart Meters within the E.ON Group.
Ongoing management of E.ON Smart Metering Program Office.
Coordination of the PMOs four major project areas: Lobbying position, Technical specifications, Pilot project coordination and Product development.
Management of PMO resources including representatives from the market units as well as full time personnel and external consultants.
Depending on resources assigned by the market units one or more work streams may be established remotely.
Responsible for successful completion of targets defined by O/MK and E.ON Sales Business Steering Committee.
Responsible for follow up, consolidation and presentation of the ongoing work within the work streams as well as the communication and coordination of the findings over the E.ON group.
Other tasks related to Smart Metering or Strategic Marketing as requested.
Qualifications
University Graduate with strong academic track record.
5 + years of project management experience in a market driven environment. 2 + years of project management in an international environment. Experience of Smart Metering an advantage.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead complex project teams consisting of members not under direct control and often of senior position
Good analytical skills and business sense.
Ability to prioritize tasks with limited time and resources.
Location: Europe flexible (UK, Italy or Nordic preferred).
