Would it be appropriate to find someone here?

I am a Thai guy who wants to talk for a long term about anything to people who are from this country irrespective of their age and gender.

I am able to communicate in the British English, French, and Thai languages only though.

I am not sure that we would be able to chat here or I would need to give my Telegram.

I think this is not the right place to find someone to talk to. Werweisswas is supposed to be a portal to ask questions about certain topics and find an expert who can answer it.

Why not try facebook? That might be way more appropriate for your requirements.
