Mir fällt es schwer diesen Satz ins Englische zu übersetzen. Hat jemand einen Vorschlag -besonders für Haftungsbegrenzung?

Vorschlag:
„Any limitation of liability is invalidated if the damage is caused intentionally or arises from gross negligence, in particular in the case of unfitness to drive due to alcohol or drug abuse.“
So, und ich hoffe, dass das noch ein native speaker überprüft!

Keine Ahnung, ob limitation of liability ‚Haftungsbegrenzung‘ ist, aber das wird LEO schon klären oder geklärt haben.
Aber vielleicht sind da ja ein paar für Dich brauchbare Ausdrücke drin.

Gemeint ist doch:
