this is not really a question for any Real estate expert. This is more a question for a Finance Guy.
The question, if I understand it correct, is the banks duty to maintain the confidentiality- !?
Noone should get an answer on such a question from any bank house, if he is not the receiver of the money. - and can prove his identity.
If this is part of a Real estate transfer, you should use a notary to ensure the correct money transfer towards any real estate contract.
It is anyhow an obligation, to involve a notary with a special confirmed and documented contract for Real Estate trades !
